Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 2 1/4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small can Pet milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook onion and bacon drippings on low heat until tender, not brown.
  2. Add diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, curry powder, water, and salt. Cook until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in milk, parsley flakes, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Heat through and serve.
