Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 1/2 cup rye flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 3 teaspoons molasses
  • 1/4 cup dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 3 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bread maker and press start.
  2. Once the baking cycle ends, remove the bread from the pan.
  3. Place on a cake rack and allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
  4. Use an electric knife for best slicing results.
