O'papa Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, chopped ⓘ
- 4 ounces pimiento, chopped ⓘ
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 34 cup oatmeal ⓘ
- 14 cup ketchup ⓘ
- 2 eggs ⓘ
- 1 12 teaspoons italian seasoning ⓘ
- 14 teaspoon black pepper ⓘ
- 1 12 ounces Lipton Onion Soup Mix, 1 envelop ⓘ
- 10 12 ounces tomato soup ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 12 teaspoon dried thyme ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon dried basil ⓘ
- 12 cup crushed pineapple ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350F degrees.
- In large bowl combine all meat loaf ingredients mix well.
- Press mixture into loaf pan.
- Bake for 35; drain of fat.
- Combine tomato soup and next 4 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour topping over meat loaf.
- Bake 35-45 minutes til meat is no longer pink inside.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
