Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream (Cool Whip)
  • 1 teaspoon Tang orange drink mix

Instructions

  1. Cook the packages of vanilla tapioca pudding with 3 cups of liquid, using water to replace the drained juice from oranges and pineapple to make a total of 3 cups.
  2. Allow the pudding to cool completely.
  3. Drain the juice from the mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple.
  4. Add the drained oranges and pineapple to the cooled pudding.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream (Cool Whip).
  6. Refrigerate the dessert until ready to serve.
