  • 1 lb. beef sirloin steak
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. grated fresh orange peel
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
  • 2 c. hot cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into 1/8-inch strips.
  2. Toss with garlic and grated orange peel in a medium bowl.
