Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. orange peel
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Drizzle melted margarine over chicken; sprinkle with paprika.
  3. In a small bowl, combine chopped onion, salt, dried rosemary, black pepper, orange juice, orange peel, and cornstarch; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Baste occasionally during baking.
