  • sugar
  • orange juice

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, orange juice, sugar, egg, and orange peel in a small bowl; stir into baking mix in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Beat until well combined, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve.
