Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages orange jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pint orange sherbet
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add orange sherbet to the dissolved gelatin and mix well.
  3. When the mixture is partially set, fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Chill until fully set and serve.
