- In a small bowl, combine zwieback crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture onto the bottom and 1.5 inches up the side of an 8-inch spring-form pan.
- Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add 1 cup sugar, cocoa, and almond extract; mix well.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Stir in sour cream until smooth.
- In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup sugar and cornstarch.
- Gradually add orange juice and orange-flavored liqueur to the sugar mixture, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Pour the orange mixture into the cream cheese batter and mix until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
