Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) package orange or pineapple Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup cold ginger ale or water
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup diced orange sections or mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add ginger ale or water to the dissolved Jell-O.
  3. Chill until the mixture becomes very thick.
  4. Stir in the miniature marshmallows and drained orange sections.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 1-quart ring mold or small individual molds.
  6. Chill until the gelatin is firm.
