A decadent layered ice cream sundae featuring crushed Oreos, vanilla ice cream, pecans, and chocolate topping, perfect for satisfying sweet tooth cravings and entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • chopped pecans
  • 1 (4 oz.) bar sweet German chocolate
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Crush 22 Oreo cookies and mix with 1/4 cup melted butter.
  2. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with the Oreo mixture and spray with Pam.
  3. Slice 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream and layer on top of the crust.
  4. Cover with chopped pecans.
  5. Wrap with Saran Wrap and freeze until firm.
