Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut in strips
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green or red pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and cook chicken until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion and chopped pepper; cook until tender.
  3. Stir in cream of broccoli soup, water, and soy sauce.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve over rice.
