- Select a nonstick skillet large enough to hold all four steaks.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in the skillet until approximately 310° to 350°, then sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Carefully place the steaks into the hot oil and top with 4 ounces of pickled banana pepper rings.
- Turn the steaks occasionally to ensure they cook evenly.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and drain oil from the pepper rings.
- Return the steaks immediately to the skillet and place on a burner set at medium heat.
- Pour soy sauce over the steaks and peppers.
- Turn the steaks frequently until most of the soy sauce has been absorbed and the steaks are caramel-colored.
- Place the steaks on a meat platter and top with additional pepper rings.
