Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in oil for 3 minutes, stirring.
  2. Add carrots, celery, water, and soy sauce.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley flakes before serving.
