Ingredients

  • 6 pork steaks
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and crushed pineapple together to make the marinade.
  2. Heat the marinade mixture until warm.
  3. Place the pork steaks in a pan.
  4. Poke holes in the pork steaks to help absorb the marinade.
  5. Cover the meat with the marinade and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  6. Preheat the grill.
  7. Grill the pork steaks for 10 to 15 minutes or until done, brushing with the honey mixture occasionally.
