Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 2/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1/3 c. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. low sodium chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed
  • 1 tsp. peeled, minced ginger root
  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1 tablespoon of cold water.
  2. Stir well and set aside.
