Ingredients

  • 2 lb. wings
  • oil for frying
  • 2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Tabasco sauce
  • 12 oz. honey
  • 1 tsp. crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Fry wings until brown and set aside.
  2. Mix soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, honey, crushed ginger, garlic, barbecue sauce, and olive oil to make the sauce.
  3. Toss the fried wings in the sauce until well coated.
