  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. Mazola oil

Instructions

  1. Blend together first 8 ingredients in an electric blender until liquid consistency.
  2. It is very important to use either a blender or a food processor in order to achieve a smooth, creamy dressing.
  3. Then add eggs, one at a time.
  4. Beat well after each addition.
  5. Add Mazola oil, a small amount at a time, blending after each addition.

Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider using high-quality anchovies or substituting with capers for a vegetarian version. Adjust the amount of black pepper according to your spice tolerance. If you prefer a smoother texture, blend longer and consider straining the dressing through a fine mesh sieve. Always taste for seasoning before serving.

Serving Suggestions

This dressing is perfect drizzled over fresh salads, grilled vegetables, or as a dip for raw veggies. It pairs beautifully with Jello Salad (This Is Almost Like A Dessert, Yummy.) for a delightful contrast. For a heartier meal, serve it alongside grilled chicken or seafood.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. The flavors will meld and improve over time. If the dressing thickens in the fridge, simply whisk in a little water or lemon juice to reach your desired consistency before serving.
