Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix all bar ingredients together except nuts and raisins. Beat at a low speed until moistened. Then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in nut and raisins and pour into cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
