Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 3 onions, cut up
  • 5 potatoes, cut up bite size
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 6 carrots, bite size
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 bread crust, cubed
  • 4 Tbsp. tapioca

Instructions

  1. Do not brown the beef stew meat.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a casserole or Dutch oven.
  3. Cover and bake at 250°F for 5 hours.
  4. Do not peek during cooking.
