Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Drain kidney beans and mash them.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix lightly.
  3. Put the mixture into loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
