Ingredients

  • orzo pasta
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 bag frozen peas
  • 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • shallots
  • garlic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • S&P

Instructions

  1. cook pasta
  2. grate cheese
  3. pour peas in a bowl, add cream
  4. saute chopped shallots & garlic
  5. add tomatoes, strained & salt
  6. add cream & peas & pepper
  7. add orzo, top with cheese
