Ingredients

  • 5 to 8 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans, drained
  • 1/2 green pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup hickory smoke barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a crock-pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or on high setting for 2 to 3 hours.
