Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat cottage cheese, drained
  • 1 tablespoon apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal blade.
  2. Process for 4 to 5 minutes until the mixture doubles in volume, is very smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass container.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
