Oven-baked spaghetti with melted Gruyere and Parmesan cheeses, rich tomato and onion flavors, perfect for comforting family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. whole wheat spaghetti
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • seasoning
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Grease four individual ovenproof dishes and place a quarter of the cooked spaghetti in each one.
  2. Pour the chopped tomatoes over the spaghetti.
  3. Add grated onion, sprinkle with oregano, and season well.
  4. Arrange the sliced Gruyere cheese over the top of each dish.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
