Ingredients

  • 1 lb. broccoli
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute broccoli in olive oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, cover with white wine, and simmer until tender.
  3. Drain the broccoli.
  4. Sprinkle with melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese.
