Ingredients

  • 3 lb. skinless chicken parts
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Pour skim milk into a shallow dish.
  3. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken in the milk, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken pieces in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until golden and cooked through.
