Connie'S Mini Quiche
Mini quiches with a flaky crust, savory cheese, meat, and onion layers, baked to golden perfection—perfect for brunch, parties, or anytime finger food enjoyment.

Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese and mix it with margarine and flour until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 24 small balls for very small muffin tins or 18 for small 2-inch tins.
- Place each ball in a muffin tin and flatten it to form a crust.
- Layer minced onion, your choice of meat, and grated cheese in each crust.
- Refrigerate or freeze the assembled mini quiches if desired.
- Just before serving, beat eggs and milk together and pour over each mini quiche.
- Sprinkle paprika on top of each.
- Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 10 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350°F (177°C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are browned.
- Serve hot.
