Ingredients

  • 1 whole cut-up chicken
  • 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 1 c cider vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Place washed chicken in a microwavable dish.
  2. Mix poultry seasoning, pepper, salt, cider vinegar, beaten egg, and cooking oil well.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Microwave chicken on High, covered, for 20 minutes, rotating after 10 minutes.
  5. Then grill the chicken for 8 minutes on each side over medium-hot to hot grill.
