Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, milk, and sugar together.
  2. Add the egg and beat well.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins, filling 2/3 full.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from tins and roll in melted butter.
  7. Then roll in a mixture of 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
