- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wipe chicken legs with damp paper towel.
- In a clean bag, combine flour, corn flake crumbs, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Dip chicken in beaten eggs a couple at a time, then shake in the bag to coat with the flour mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken legs in a greased pan.
- Pour melted margarine over the chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 400°F.
- Remove foil, increase oven temperature to 450°F, and bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
