Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh shark fillets
  • 1/2 c. rich milk
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. basil
  • 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Wipe shark fillets with a damp cloth.
  2. Pour milk into a small mixing bowl.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and basil to the milk.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Dip each fillet in the seasoned milk, then in bread crumbs.
  6. Arrange the coated fillets in a buttered shallow baking dish.
  7. Pour melted butter or margarine over the fish.
  8. Bake at 350° to 375° F for 30 minutes.
