Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups uncooked ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped green peppers
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Put all ingredients in a baking pan or casserole in the order given.
  3. Bake for 1 1/2 hours until cooked through and flavors meld.
