Ingredients

  • 1 large round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • sprig parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Combine the large round steak pieces, sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
  3. Sprig with parsley for flavor and garnish.
  4. Cover and bake until the steak is tender and done, approximately 3 hours.
