Ingredients

  • 1 round steak
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the round steak on both sides in a skillet.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut up the hot peppers, bell peppers, and large onion.
  4. Arrange the peppers and onion on top of the browned steak.
  5. Pour the can of cream of celery soup over the assembled ingredients.
  6. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 1 hour.
