Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 5 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef well in a skillet, adding chopped onions.
  2. Drain excess grease from the beef.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the ingredients well and cook for a few minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Add canned mushroom soup and stir lightly to incorporate.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with grated cheese.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
