Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans chopped in large pieces
  • 4 oz. package butterscotch pudding (not instant)

Instructions

  1. Grease a bundt pan and place the uncooked frozen dinner rolls at the bottom.
  2. Sprinkle white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, chopped pecans, and butterscotch pudding over the rolls.
  3. Cover the pan and let the dough rise overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Bake the coffee cake for 15 minutes.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until done.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately invert onto a serving platter.
  8. Be careful as the glaze is hot.
  9. Leave the bundt pan inverted for a minute to allow the glaze to drip onto the cake.
  10. Serve warm.
