Ingredients

  • 16 oz. oyster crackers (unsalted)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 packages Ranch style salad dressing mix
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, ranch dressing mix, dill weed, lemon pepper, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper (if using) in a large bowl.
  2. Toss the oyster crackers in the seasoned oil mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Pour the coated crackers into a large Ziploc bag.
  4. Leave the bag out on the counter and turn it every 40 to 50 minutes for 3 or 4 times.
  5. Let the crackers sit for 24 hours before serving.
  6. They can be stored for several weeks.
