Instructions
- Cream the mayonnaise and cream cheese together.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, crushed garlic, and salt to the mixture.
- Spread the mixture 1/2 inch thick into a 6 x 8-inch rectangle on wax paper.
- Place smoked oysters on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll up the mixture with oysters inside.
- Chill the cream cheese mixture for 2 hours before serving to make rolling easier.
