Oyster Roll

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 cans smoked oysters, well drained
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cream the mayonnaise and cream cheese together.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, crushed garlic, and salt to the mixture.
  3. Spread the mixture 1/2 inch thick into a 6 x 8-inch rectangle on wax paper.
  4. Place smoked oysters on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Roll up the mixture with oysters inside.
  6. Chill the cream cheese mixture for 2 hours before serving to make rolling easier.
