- Melt 6 tablespoons of the butter, then combine with bacon, chili sauce, lemon juice, Marsala and Tabasco sauce. Dot each oyster with remainder of butter, then broil until edges begin to scallop. Top oysters with sauce mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and continue to broil until mixture begins to bubble and Parmesan browns slightly.
