Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • cottage cheese or jam

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, milk, flour, and melted butter well to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a skillet and add a teaspoon of oil.
  3. Pour an even amount of batter into the skillet and fry lightly on both sides until lacy and golden.
  4. Repeat until batter is used, serving with cottage cheese or jam as spread.
