Pan Fried Zucchini

A quick and flavorful pan-fried zucchini dish with garlic, onions, and tomatoes, perfect for a light, savory side or vegetarian main for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 small garlic segments
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • 3 c. sliced zucchini
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1 c. big chunks tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic in oil until golden brown.
  2. Add onions and sliced zucchini; stir.
  3. Add salt and Accent.
  4. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, while continuing to stir.
  5. Add tomatoes; gently toss the vegetables for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat immediately.
