Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 7 cups grated potato
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. fresh ground pork
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, grated potatoes, salt, ground pork, chopped onion, and ground ginger. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
  4. Cover the dish with foil or a lid and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is browned and cooked through.
