Paprika Crab

Ingredients

  • 1 pound imitation crab meat
  • 1 stick plus 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 chopped challots
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 350.
  2. In a hot frying pan, melt 1 stick butter or margarine. Add the bread crums and mix throughly. Reserve.
  3. Melt the rest of the butter in a big pan. Add the challots and the red pepper, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the imitation crab meat, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. The meat will crumble. Mix completeley and cook until it browns a little. Add the sour cream and the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  4. Put the meat in an oven-proof pan, and cover with the bread crumb mixture. Put it in the oven untill it browns a little, about 5 minutes.
  5. Ready. Enjoy!
