Instructions
- Quarter, seed and derib the peppers.
- Using a sharp knife or food processor, slice the peppers very thinly.
- Peel and quarter the onion and slice very thinly.
- Set aside.
- Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Toss with the vegetables.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
