Paprikasalat is a vibrant and refreshing salad that showcases the sweet crunch of bell peppers and the sharpness of onions, all brought together with a tangy balsamic dressing. Ingredients

  • 3 large bell peppers
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Quarter, seed and derib the peppers.
  2. Using a sharp knife or food processor, slice the peppers very thinly.
  3. Peel and quarter the onion and slice very thinly.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  6. Toss with the vegetables.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
