A no-bake, crunchy treat combining peanut butter, butterscotch, chocolate, and Rice Krispies for a sweet, crispy snack perfect for parties or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup or 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup or 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies

Instructions

  1. Melt the sugar in the light corn syrup over medium heat.
  2. Do not overcook as it will harden.
  3. Add peanut butter and remove from heat. Stir well.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies and press evenly with wax paper into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Melt the butterscotch chips and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the melted chips over the Rice Krispies mixture.
  7. When set, cut into squares and serve.
