Ingredients

  • 4 c. sugar
  • 6 c. water
  • 5 bananas, mashed
  • 2 c. orange juice
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 boxes frozen strawberries, mashed
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and water together until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Add mashed bananas, orange juice, lemon juice, mashed frozen strawberries, and pineapple juice; mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the freezer and chill for at least 24 hours, allowing it to set into a thick punch.
  4. When ready to serve, add 3 16‑ounce bottles of 7‑Up to each ½ gallon of thawed punch and stir.
  5. Pour the 7‑Up over the punch, mix again, and let sit for about ½ hour before serving.
