Parmesan Cheddar Beer Bread

- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- 2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add scallions, cheeses and beer. Stir until just combined.
- 3. Spoon mixture into the greased bread pan. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake for 35 minutes, brush with remaining butter and continue to bake another 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes then remove from pan. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
