Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced dried onion
  • 8 slices Pepperidge Farm sandwich bread
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Trim crusts from 8 slices of bread.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon minced dried onion.
  3. Spread each bread slice with a heaping teaspoonful of the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Cut each slice into 3 fingers.
  5. Place the bread fingers on a cookie sheet.
  6. Sprinkle liberally with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F until bubbly and brown, about 8 minutes.
