Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Free
  • 2 tsp. Miracle Whip Free
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a shallow baking pan with Pam.
  3. Place fish fillets in the prepared pan.
  4. Mix Miracle Whip Free, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion flakes, and sherry extract to form a spread.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the fish fillets.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the coated fillets.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until cooked through and golden.
